RESPONSIBILITIES
The position is limited to one year.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers before, during and after a transaction to maintain and improve customer relationships.
  • Operate and Coordinate Import, Export & Transit transactions with relation to customs regulations
  • Support team in Back-Up, Logistics and Reporting Issues
  • Operate Order Management/Supply Chain and Sample Management
  • Working align with the BL and internal (local) business rules
  • Work on the customer order process to ensure orders are planned and delivered accurately and efficiently. This includes import, export and transit processes, documentations, sampling and trials and control of customer terms and conditions.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and forward to other departments as required. Be proactive in analysing customer activities to identify recurring problems and recommend solutions to improve customer service and supply chain.
  • Collaborate with head office, internal and external stakeholders and customers on order management, sales, purchasing, customer accounts inquiries and logistics, as required.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all other relevant sales and customer related activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and ensure accurate data is entered to SAP.
  • Prepare reports for the Business Managers, Head Customer Service / Supply Chain and Head Office.
  • Operate Import/Export/Courier deliveries of samples and complete IVT entries
  • Provide back up support to absent employees as directed.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, customer relations, supply chain management or similar
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience
  • Advanced written and spoken English skills
  • Resident on Anatolian side of Istanbul
  • No military service obligation (for male candidates)
