About the Role:
We are looking for Customer Service and Support professionals to join our team at a leading UK-based online retail company in our Karachi office. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have the skills to thrive in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and promptly respond to emails.
- Handle customer inquiries and calls effectively.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in customer service and support roles with international companies preferably.
- Experience in orders processing and order management.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- Previous experience in call handling and customer service.
- Familiarity with relevant CRMs.
- eCommerce industry experience will be preferred.
Interpersonal and Soft Skills:
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Very good attention to detail.
- Self-organized & disciplined.
- Team player (cooperates and works well with team members).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain issues clearly and simply, both orally and in writing.
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask efficiently.

Working Hours: : 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm (PKT) Mon to Fri + Alternate Sundays
