Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Houston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting customers with inquiries, providing accurate information, and assisting with daily administrative and service-related tasks. Duties

  • Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, or via email
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and care
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Assist with processing orders, payments, and account updates
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer needs efficiently
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations

Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn
