Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team in Houston. The Entry Level Communications Assistant will support in-person communication efforts, assist with customer inquiries during events and outreach activities, and help ensure clear, consistent messaging for client campaigns.

Duties

• Greet and engage customers during live events and outreach activities
• Share clear, accurate information about client products and services
• Answer customer questions and assist with resolving concerns in a friendly, professional manner
• Help with the setup and organization of event displays and materials
• Track customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes
