Job Purpose

To assist in providing excellent customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, processing requests, and supporting daily branch operations in an efficient and professional manner.


Key Accountabilities

  • Greet and assist customers with their banking needs in a courteous and professional way.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person and direct them to the appropriate department if needed.
  • Support the processing of account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and other routine banking transactions.
  • Ensure customer information and documents are handled with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist in maintaining branch records, filing, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Uphold the bank’s service standards and contribute to a positive customer experience.


Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in progress is an advantage).


Other Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Arabic.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
