Job Purpose
To assist in providing excellent customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, processing requests, and supporting daily branch operations in an efficient and professional manner.
Key Accountabilities

Greet and assist customers with their banking needs in a courteous and professional way.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person and direct them to the appropriate department if needed.

Support the processing of account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and other routine banking transactions.

Ensure customer information and documents are handled with confidentiality and accuracy.

Assist in maintaining branch records, filing, and administrative documentation.

Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Uphold the bank’s service standards and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Education

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in progress is an advantage).
Other Skills & Requirements

Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Arabic.

Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
