FULL TIME HELP WANTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT MIDTOWN COMICS WAREHOUSE IN NEW HYDE PARK, LONG ISLAND!

We are looking for a new hero to join our Customer Service team (2+ years experience). Think of us like the Agent of Shield; we remain unseen but we are totally awesome.

Duties &* Skills*

  • At least 2 years experience as Customer Service Assistant Supervisor
  • At least 2 years management experience
  • Provide Level 2 Customer Service Support
  • Manage team and delegate task
  • Provide end of day reports
  • Manage team in Supervisors absence
  • Must have excellent comic and collective knowledge
  • Type 50+ wpm
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced collective environment
  • Respond to incoming live chats from customers
  • Handle incoming phone calls from customers
  • Respond to emails and other related daily tasks
  • Data entry
  • Ability to work in a unified team
  • Must be punctual

Schedule hours: Monday to Friday 40 hour workweek from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
