Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service while also supporting with reporting and data management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Generate and update customer service reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Operations) to meet customer needs.
  • Identify areas for service improvement and escalate recurring issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Experience in preparing customer service reports and data analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
