What would you do? 1. 4+ years of experience in US Retirement Services or Financial Services Analytics 2. Understanding of ERISA compliance and retirement plan operations 3. Strong understanding of retirement plan types (401k, 403b & 457b) and applicable regulations (ERISA, IRS, etc.) You would be part of Retirement services team, Experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k , 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan Implementation Process of inputting, updating, or managing information in various digital formats. This includes tasks such as typing data into spreadsheets or databases, verifying accuracy, and ensuring that information is organized and accessible. Data entry services are often outsourced to specialized providers for efficiency and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.

Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Ensure all Annual Notice are compliant with current regulatory requirements (IRS, DOL, ERISA, Secure act, etc.) 2. Prepare, validate and distribute mandatory Annual Notices and other participant communications 3. Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, compliance, operations) and external parties (Plan Sponsors, auditors, Financial Advisor) 4. Manage notices calendars, regulatory deadlines, and delivery schedule 5. Assist with Notice-related client and participant inquiries 6. Stay up to date with legislative and regulatory changes affecting retirement plans 7. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding plan documents specific 8. Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from daily BAU 9. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance document creation, review and management
