Customer Service Associate

Indigo Play is a medium-sized family entertainment center offering play and birthday parties for children ages 0-10 and their families. We are looking for an associate who will support our commitment to providing an excellent experience to our guests, while working as part of an integrated team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests, providing prompt and courteous service to all customers
• Learn and implement operations related to customer check-in, play areas, birthday parties, café, and arcade
• Serve coffee and other simple food/drink items
• Host birthday parties
• Maintain a clean, safe and constructive environment
• Perform other job-related duties as requested

Qualifications

• Desire to work in an environment with children and families
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
• Adaptable and able to quickly learn new skills
• Comfort working in a fast paced, energetic environment
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and some holidays
• Physical requirements include climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, sitting, standing, lifting, and walking.

Pay: $10 - $12 per hour, plus tips ($5-10 extra per hour)
