Customer Service Associate

Overview
We are seeking a friendly, driven, and reliable Customer Service Associate to become a key part of our expanding team. In this position, you’ll serve as a primary contact for our clients—providing support, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with account questions, service needs, and updates
  • Conduct outbound follow-ups to provide support and collect feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Process payments and complete transactions as needed
  • Deliver clear, professional, and personable communication
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence when speaking with customers over the phone
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Customer service or call center experience is helpful but not required
