Customer Service Associate (CSA)

India

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Outbound calling to potential customers interested in insurance products
Understanding customer needs and offering suitable Health, Motor, or Life insurance
options
Ensuring a high-quality customer experience through effective communication
KEY Requirment :

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

No MTI (Mother tongue influence) or RTI ( Regional tongue influence)

Clear grammar and pronunciation (English) Sales acumen and a customer-focused attitude
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
Insurance background preferred

Shift Details:

6 days working with rotational shifts

Females: Day shift (up to 8 PM)

Males: Full rotational shift

Interview Process:

1. HR Round

2. Versant Level 6 (Certified)

3. Operations Round

4. Client Round

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
