About the Role

We are looking for proactive and results-oriented individuals to join our hotel bookings or hospitality sales team as Customer Service Associates. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international inbound sales, specifically in hotel bookings and upselling services to regions like the UK and the US.

Key responsibilities of the customer service associate in Kolkata:

Job Requirements

• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
