Customer Service Associate (onsite, I-9 Islamabad)

Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Hakeem Easy Finance is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our growing team in Islamabad. If you're passionate about helping customers, have strong communication skills, and are eager to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, resolving issues related to loan applications, disbursements, repayments, or account status.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, repayment reminders, and customer feedback collection.
• Guide users through the mobile application and educate them on how to use the platform effectively.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments (tech, recovery, finance) as per standard operating procedures.
• Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs) such as call quality, average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction scores.
• Adhere to data protection and confidentiality guidelines when handling customer information.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Urdu.Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and online platforms.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Timings: 9AM to 6PM

Salary & Benefits: PKR 40,000/month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
