Pro Global is Hiring for Night Shift – Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills Required

Pro Global is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our night shift team. We are seeking candidates with strong English communication skills and a solid background in negotiation. Prior experience in a BPO or call center environment is preferred.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional verbal communication in English
• Proven negotiation skills
• Previous experience in sales or BPO is a must
• Minimum education: Intermediate / A-Levels
• Basic IT knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Office
• A performance-driven mindset and a passion for customer service
