Senior Network Engineer (Call Center Expertise Only)-Onsite-Night Shift

About the Role

Lumina Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a Senior Network Engineer with hands-on expertise in IT infrastructure and network management within a BPO/Call Center environment. The role involves ensuring stable connectivity, server management, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing smooth day-to-day IT operations. Specially expertise in troubleshooting of voice cutting issues, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity for voice calling.
• Resolve voice-cutting issues on cloud-based dialers.
• Manage cloud dial-up systems efficiently.
• Manage and configure server for user monitoring & browsing control.
• Configure & troubleshoot Mikrotik routers, Cisco & D-Link switches.
• Work with ISPs to maintain stable internet operations.
• Provide first-line support for hardware, software & network issues.
• Handle system maintenance & installations (Laptop, PC, network devices).
• Troubleshoot hardware issues (RAM, SSD, PSU, etc.).
• Maintain proper IT inventory records.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in IT & Network Management (BPO/Call Center).
• Technical Skills:
• Server configuration & user monitoring
• Router & switch configuration, management (Mikrotik, Cisco, D-Link)
• Network troubleshooting & optimization

Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Preference: Prior Call Center experience is highly desirable.
