We’re expanding our retail operations and looking for a dynamic Retail Operations Manager to lead our retail network and ensure smooth day-to-day store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of multiple retail outlets to ensure sales targets and operational standards are met.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Manage store staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with company policies and merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience across all retail channels.
• Proven experience managing multiple retail outlets (6–7 stores).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations management (preferably in health, fitness, or FMCG industries).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
