We’re looking for a dynamic and organized Assistant Event Manager to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of premium events, ensuring every detail runs smoothly — from concept to completion. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events.
- Work closely with the Event Manager to manage timelines, vendors, and client requirements.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue arrangements, décor, catering, staffing, and setup.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support on-ground event execution, ensuring smooth operations and quick problem-solving.
- Maintain event documentation, budgets, and checklists.
- Bring creative input and ideas to enhance event concepts and guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in event planning/management (fresh candidates with strong organizational skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per event schedules.
- Passion for events and hands-on problem-solving attitude.
