About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate supporting sales operations, you will communicate with customers, manage assigned leads end-to-end, and keep stakeholders updated on the progress of each case. • Build rapport with customers and internal teams for smooth coordination.

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on all assigned cases.

Job Requirements

Education:

Under-Graduate: Minimum 6 months of sales or customer service experience (automobile or BPO industry preferred).
Graduate: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
