Position Overvie

wWe are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Associat e to support our clients in delivering exceptional service to their customers. This role is remote but requires you to be based in Cairo, with stable internet connectivity and a quiet working environment

.You’ll be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and cha t, helping resolve queries, provide product support, and deliver an exceptional service experience—every time

  • esCustomer Interacti on: Handle inbound customer communications in Spanish across voice and digital channels with professionalism and empath
  • y.Problem Solvi ng: Investigate and resolve customer issues effectively or escalate when necessar
  • y.Knowledge Manageme nt: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products, services, and internal support tool
  • s.System Accura cy: Log all customer interactions in CRM tools with attention to detail and completenes
  • s.Follow-U ps: Ensure timely and satisfactory closure of customer queries through proactive follow-up
  • s.Feedback Lo op: Relay customer insights to internal teams to help improve processes and service qualit
  • y.Compliance & Quali ty: Adhere to client and company policies, including data protection and service quality standard
