Customer Service - Auto Insurance Specialist

About the Position:
Insurance Specialist - IN-OFFICE POSITION ONLY

We currently have full-time position open in our Insurance Department.

The Insurance Specialist (IS) position entails managing physical damage claims on Auto Loan accounts.

The responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

• Taking customer calls
• Data entry
• Filing total loss claims
• Repairable and gap claims
• Coordinating the claim process with customers and their insurance companies.

Applicants must be able to multitask, have good phone and customer service skills.

Experience in auto finance or auto insurance claims is a plus but not necessary. We will train.
