We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Customer Service Executive with solid experience in service coordination. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions, support workshop operations, and ensure smooth coordination between customers, technicians, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently.
- Prepare job cards, service requests, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with the workshop, parts department, and technicians to ensure timely job execution.
- Inform customers about service progress, approvals, and vehicle delivery times.
- Assist in preparing estimates, quotations, and service reports.
- Manage follow-ups for pending approvals, spare parts availability, and job completion.
- Address customer concerns and escalate technical issues when required.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and support aftersales activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and service coordination within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of workshop procedures, service flow, and basic technical understanding.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or DMS is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong customer handling skills.
