CUSTOMER SERVICE (Back/Front office and planning activities)

Kuwait City, Kuwait

Provides general support to the customer / patients or prescribers encompassing the following activities receives and answers (within targeted guidelines) inbound customer enquiries, customer service, first-hands technical support and/or all other related tasks.

Usual duties may include processing telephone calls, supplying service information, processing orders, preplan activities, liaising with the other colleagues within the service team for daily / weekly dispatch to customers, handling home service activations, complaints etc.

Dealing with several products and home care services, plans, coordinates, directs and controls all pre and after-sales service activities in the company.

Has responsibility of telephone-based customer services, and of back-office activities (in the form of managing contracts data.

This involves:

- SOPs and policies that will ensure the operations needs, reaching internal and contractual standards/KPIs and Quality and customer satisfaction targets.

- liaising with all other line heads and managers in order to provide support with an analytical and service oriented approach;

- keep statistics for the service;

- support the company for the administration of KPIs affecting relative service invoices and complaints or non-conformities;

- approach / deal with customers, prescribers or end-users (also for surveys or claims);

-skills in promoting and marketing the service through social media and telecommunication

Minimum requirements

● Knowledge of main commercial software platforms (Windows, Office..) and capability of using new platforms.

● English/Arabic written and spoken

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD350.000 - KD400.000 per month
