We are searching for an Freshers at our MSC India - Mumbai facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Once BL created, insert charges as per RA number updated in MBL and as per Rates fetched from TMS/Contract.
• Update local charges as applicable.
• Coordinate with Customer/ CSU/CC team for new shipper code as per query received from Docs team.
• Co-ordinate with CSU team for Freight pending BL query to meet DTX deadline.
• Ensure to complete manifest for AMS Filing service.
• Ensure country specific requirements are followed
• Ensure to manifest correct invoicing party code as per SOP
• Ensure Accessorial charges applicable at ORIGIN/FREIGHT/Destination are followed
• Manifest service contract rates for FAK/Named account.
