What You’ll Do:
- Respond quickly and professionally to all internet leads, phone inquiries, and online chats
- Set quality appointments for the sales team and maintain strong followâ€'up communication
- Manage CRM tasks, update customer records, and track lead progress
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Harleyâ€'Davidson brand
- Work closely with Sales Managers to support promotions, events, and leadâ€'generation campaigns
- Assist with outbound calls to past customers, prospects, and event attendees
- Maintain high contact rates, appointment show rates, and followâ€'up standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills — confident, friendly, and professional
- Ability to multitask in a fastâ€'moving environment
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries
- Techâ€'savvy with CRM or leadâ€'management experience (or quick to learn)
- Positive attitude, teamâ€'oriented mindset, and strong work ethic
- Passion for motorcycles is a plus — enthusiasm goes a long way here
