Customer Service / Call Center Agent

Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for friendly and professional Customer Service Agents to handle client queries for leading banks and telecom companies in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate issues when needed.
  • Update customer records in the system.
  • Promote company offerings when relevant.

Requirements:

  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
  • Patience and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts if required.
