Customer Service / Call Center Agent / Sales Representative (Aesthetic /Derma Clinic)

We are hiring a Customer Service / Call Center Agent / Sales Representative with a strong sales mindset to convert patient inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering an excellent clinic experience. The role involves handling leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email; qualifying patient needs; recommending suitable treatments; following up to close bookings; and coordinating with doctors and clinic staff. Candidates must have proven experience in sales, client conversion, or call center operations, with aesthetic or medical clinic experience preferred. Applicants from Banking or Real Estate sales backgrounds are welcome. Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills are essential. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
