Customer Service - Chat account (Turkish Speakers)

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate who is proficient in Turkish, to join our dynamic team at our Cairo office. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing an exceptional customer experience. Duties include responding to customer messages, managing concerns, assisting users with our social entertainment applications, and providing feedback to relevant teams for service improvement. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the company’s service quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Turkish language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic English skills for internal communication are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to address customer inquiries effectively and professionally.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and related technology; experience with MICO or similar social entertainment applications is preferred.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • Previous work in a customer service or support role is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in our Cairo office and collaborate within a multicultural team.

Pay: E£17,000.00 - E£27,000.00 per month
