Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:


Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
Respond to telephone inquiries with accurate information
Maintain detailed records of all calls using Microsoft Office applications
Collect complaints directly from customers or through branches
Offer support to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

2 3 years of experience in a similar role (Exchange house experience is a must)
Graduate in Finance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must be currently based in the UAE
