In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and play a vital role in creating a positive first impression. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the front desk and supporting the overall operations of the IT Services team.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors: Warmly welcome visitors, staff, and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly environment.
  • Manage the front desk: Answer phones, manage incoming emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
  • Schedule appointments: Schedule meetings for team members using online calendars and confirm appointments with attendees.
  • Visitor management: Process visitor information, issue visitor badges, and maintain visitor logs.
  • Maintain office supplies: Order and maintain a stock of necessary office supplies, ensuring availability for staff.
  • Administrative support: Provide general administrative support to the IT Services team, such as photocopying, scanning documents, and filing.
  • Maintain office environment: Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with a diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
