In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and play a vital role in creating a positive first impression. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the front desk and supporting the overall operations of the IT Services team.
Responsibilities:

Greet visitors:
Warmly welcome visitors, staff, and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly environment.

Manage the front desk:
Answer phones, manage incoming emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.

Schedule appointments:
Schedule meetings for team members using online calendars and confirm appointments with attendees.

Visitor management:
Process visitor information, issue visitor badges, and maintain visitor logs.

Maintain office supplies:
Order and maintain a stock of necessary office supplies, ensuring availability for staff.

Administrative support:
Provide general administrative support to the IT Services team, such as photocopying, scanning documents, and filing.

Maintain office environment:
Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Other duties as assigned:
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with a diverse clientele.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. Arabic language skills are a plus.
