Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant with a legal background to provide comprehensive support to senior management. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily administrative operations, drafting and reviewing legal and business documents and ensuring all activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the Managing Director and senior executives.
- Draft, review, and proofread contracts, agreements and other legal correspondence.
- Maintain and organize confidential legal and corporate documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Record minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
- Liaise with legal counsel, government authorities and external partners as required.
- Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries or reports as directed.
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar and handle communication on their behalf with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports and internal memoranda.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable laws.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Handle all confidential information with integrity and always maintain strict confidentiality.
Requirements
- Available to join immediately.
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Studies, or a related field (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE as an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Experience in a legal firm is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of UAE legal documentation and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Professional demeanour, discretion and attention to detail.
