To ensure smooth communication and efficient coordination between tenants, leasing managers, and other departments This involves managing tenant inquiries, facilitating bookings, handling renewals, updating property information, and preparing reports to support leasing and finance teams The role also focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction through timely assistance and effective resolution of tenant concerns
Job responsibilities: ( These are the fundamental job duties regularly performed by the employee in the position)
· Coordinate with the tenant regarding booking the facilities areas
· Conduct customer satisfaction survey and provide a detailed report to the management
· Receive all inquiries email/phone for rentals/advertisement and forward the same to the concerned leasing manager
· Update the vacancies on the registered property portals Prepare availability report on weekly basis to be sent to real estate agents by the leasing managers
· Guide the tenant through the renewal process Receive renewal documents from the tenants and ensure the same is verified before handing over to the leasing assistants
· Fix appointments with tenants for delivering contracts Coordinate with the collection personnel to send/collect the relevant documents for renewal
· Ensure all the contracts signed by the head of leasing before providing final agreement to tenants
· Forward any queries pertaining to the operations to the FM team
· Responsible to give all the collected documents payments to the leasing assistant
· Prepare daily financial report and submit to Finance along with the cheques

Educational Qualification

· Preferably a graduate
Work Experience

· At least 3 years’ experience in leasing in the UAE
Competencies
(Consider certain technical skills to do the job, Analytical Skills, Persuasives , Strategic Thinking etc)
· Good communication skills both verbal and written
· Proficient with MS Applications
· Organized and detail oriented
· High level of customer service orientation
Languages
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English
