Customer Service Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting customer interactions, coordinating sales follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication across departments while maintaining accurate data organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with customers to ensure timely responses and effective service delivery
  • Follow up on sales activities, inquiries, and customer requirements
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to customer interactions and sales progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain organized records, data storage, and documentation systems
  • Support administrative and operational tasks related to customer service functions

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and data management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (preferred)
  • Prior experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles is an advantage
