Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
  • Assist clients with data entry tasks, updating records accurately within our systems using Microsoft Office tools
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette during all interactions to ensure positive customer experiences
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying client needs and promoting relevant products or services when appropriate
  • Manage returns process from start to finish including handling inquiries via emails, web chats, phone calls, and messages on platforms like Big Commerce and Reamaze.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
  • Experience with outbound calling
  • Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
