Customer Service Coordinator (Front Desk) - Bahrainis Only

We are currently looking for dedicated and customer-focused Bahraini candidates to join our team as Customer Service – Front Desk. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience while delivering professional support and accurate information. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers/visitors professionally at the front desk.
  • Handle daily customer inquiries in person, by phone, email, or messaging channels.
  • Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and customer registrations as required.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain clear records of customer interactions, requests, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support.
  • Ensure the reception/front desk area is organized, presentable, and well-prepared.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling customer information.
  • Support administrative/front-office tasks assigned by the supervisor/management.

Requirements

  • Bahraini nationality with a valid MOL Profile (active file at the Ministry of Labor).
  • Diploma or degree is preferred (any relevant field such as Business Administration, Accounting, or Customer Service).
  • Previous customer service/front desk experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English preferred).
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office; experience with CRM/front desk systems is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Pay: BD390.000 - BD440.000 per month
