Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can seamlessly blend customer service expertise with creative content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth client experience, and producing engaging digital content that enhances our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
* Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
* Resolve complaints effectively and escalate complex issues when necessary.
* Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
* Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
Content Creation:
* Develop engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand voice and campaign goals.
* Create FAQs, tutorials, and support documents to improve customer self-service.
* Monitor trends and customer feedback to generate relevant and impactful content.
* Manage and schedule posts across various digital platforms.
Requirements & Skills:
* Proven experience in customer service and content creation.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
* Creativity and ability to produce engaging content in different formats (text, graphics, video).
* Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Experience with CRM systems and social media analytics tools.
* Experience in Customer Service.
* Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
