Job Description:
Capricorn Logistics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive with experience in customs clearance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics/freight forwarding companies and CHA (Customs House Agent) experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with CHA, shipping agents, and clients to ensure smooth customs clearance.
  • Handle documentation for imports/exports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding shipment status and clearance timelines.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues related to customs clearance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Skills:

  • CHA experience with freight forwarding or logistics operations.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and customs regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Import-Export specialization preferred).

Preferred Background:

  • Candidates from logistics/freight forwarding companies with hands-on CHA experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
