Job Description:
Capricorn Logistics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive with experience in customs clearance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics/freight forwarding companies and CHA (Customs House Agent) experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with CHA, shipping agents, and clients to ensure smooth customs clearance.
- Handle documentation for imports/exports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding shipment status and clearance timelines.
- Resolve customer queries and issues related to customs clearance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Skills:
- CHA experience with freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Import-Export specialization preferred).
Preferred Background:
- Candidates from logistics/freight forwarding companies with hands-on CHA experience.
