Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, assisting customers with questions, entering and updating information accurately, processing orders, and helping resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and is comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with questions regarding products, orders, and account information
• Enter customer and order information accurately into the system
• Process orders, updates, and changes in a timely manner
• Resolve customer concerns and problems with professionalism and urgency
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up on open issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform general administrative and data entry tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call handling, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience with order entry or order processing
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar computer systems
• Experience handling customer issues by phone and email
