Hours:

5â€'day work week - 9:00 am – 5:00 pm – with flexible scheduling

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, text, and CRM
  • Respond quickly and professionally to online leads and appointment requests
  • Mine dealership databases to identify sales, service, and equity opportunities
  • Build targeted outreach lists and campaigns to reâ€'engage past customers
  • Set qualified appointments for Sales and Service departments
  • Maintain accurate customer records, followâ€'up schedules, and lead notes
  • Track KPIs, lead performance, appointment outcomes, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, Service Advisors, and Marketing to maximize customer engagement
  • Deliver a polished, brandâ€'consistent customer experience that reflects Acura’s luxury standards


What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a dealership BDC, call center, or customer engagement role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence
  • Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and act on opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Automotive CRM experience preferred)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
  • A proactive, selfâ€'driven mindset with the ability to multitask
  • Comfort working in a fastâ€'paced, customerâ€'focused environment
