Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer-related issues.
  • Ensure accurate and clear communication with customers regarding orders and services.
  • Process and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor order status and ensure deliveries are completed as per schedule.
  • Address and resolve any order-related discrepancies.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to customer service and sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.
  • Support internal reporting and documentation as required.
  • Assist in tracking delivery performance and customer service KPIs.
  • Prepare basic reports related to order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and follow up on customer complaints, including delivery or quantity discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist in system updates, data entry, and maintaining accurate product and pricing information.
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field.
