Top Notch Plumbing is growing and we’re looking for a high-performing, organized, and driven individual to join our team as a Service & Operations Coordinator.

This is NOT a typical “dispatcher” role.
You will be at the center of our business — handling incoming calls, booking jobs, supporting technicians, and helping drive revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and convert them into booked appointments
• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently
• Ensure all customer and job details are accurate and complete
• Follow up on missed calls and unsold estimates
• Assist with accounts receivable (calling on past due invoices)
• Manage and schedule annual backflow testing (tracking, reminders, submissions)
• Support permitting for repair & service jobs
• Request and manage customer reviews (Google, etc.)
• Help keep the schedule full and the team productive

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (phone confidence is a MUST)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, spreadsheets)
• Customer service mindset with a sales edge
• Reliable, accountable, and proactive

• Follow-ups and systems are handled without being told
