Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Enterprise Talent Acquisition Operations team on a contract basis. This highly visible team supports key hiring initiatives across the organization. The coordinator will support day-to-day recruiting operations including high-volume interview scheduling, candidate travel coordination, background check facilitation, onboarding logistics, and maintaining HR systems (Workday).

This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role requiring strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

  • NYC: $32.70/hr
  • Start Date: 3/9/2026
  • End Date: 10/8/2026
  • Duration: 0–7 months
  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday Onsite | Friday Remote
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Responsibilities:


  • Schedule a high volume of interviews (approx. 35–70 per week) including phone screens and onsite interviews
  • Coordinate candidate travel as needed
  • Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to align schedules
  • Book conference rooms and distribute candidate logistics/directions
  • Maintain and update HR data systems (Workday)
  • Ensure completion of onboarding processes including background checks and orientation logistics
  • Manage online applicant tracking system and resume database
  • Ensure candidate applications and documentation are complete and accurate
  • Support recruiters with special projects as needed


Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially meeting scheduling)
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to interact with multiple leadership levels
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively identify errors
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
