Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator

Epoxy Flooring Company — Tarzana, CA

We are a growing epoxy flooring and concrete coatings company seeking a highly organized full-time Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to support daily operations, scheduling, and customer communication.

This role serves as the main point of contact between customers, estimators, and installation crews. You will manage calls, schedule estimates and jobs, coordinate staff schedules, and assist with office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and schedule on-site estimates
  • Follow up with customers regarding proposals and approvals
  • Coordinate daily crew schedules and job logistics
  • Communicate updates with customers and field teams
  • Maintain accurate data entry, job files, and invoices
  • Support general office operations and reporting

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, dispatching, or construction office coordination
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Construction or flooring industry experience is a plus
  • Spanish speaking is a big plus

Location: Office position in Tarzana, CA
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: Based on experience + bonus opportunities available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
