Position Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatch / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating technician schedules, communicating with customers, handling incoming calls, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working with scheduling software and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently
• Schedule service calls, maintenance appointments, and estimates
• Dispatch technicians based on priority, location, and availability
• Communicate updates and arrival times to customers
• Maintain accurate customer records and job notes
• Coordinate with technicians and management throughout the day
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Assist with invoicing, payment collection, and basic office tasks as needed
• Monitor daily schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or dispatch experience preferred
• HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday (with occasional overtime or rotating on-call support if applicable)
