Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, live chat, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
- Resolve customer complaints, process returns, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor and manage DMs, Comments, and product-related questions on social platforms.
- Provide after-sales support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve order and delivery issues.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
- Generate reports related to customer service performance, product issues, and stock availability.
- Assist in data entry work such as Product uploads and Stock updates.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors in-related
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in E-commerce or retail.
- Strong reading and writing skill in Arabic is mandatory.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for business use.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
