Customer Service - Ecommerce (Female Arabic speaker)

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, live chat, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
  • Resolve customer complaints, process returns, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Monitor and manage DMs, Comments, and product-related questions on social platforms.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve order and delivery issues.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Generate reports related to customer service performance, product issues, and stock availability.
  • Assist in data entry work such as Product uploads and Stock updates.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelors in-related
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in E-commerce or retail.
  • Strong reading and writing skill in Arabic is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for business use.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
