Role Overview:

The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, maintenance, and

troubleshooting services for Borne Technologies’ product line. The role requires close interaction with customers

to ensure smooth operations, timely resolutions, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and service the company’s equipment and product solutions at client sites.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for troubleshooting and resolving product issues.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and performance checks to minimize downtime.
  • Train customers on equipment operation, safety, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Document service activities, prepare service reports, and update the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams for product improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Support the sales team in providing technical insights during customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards, warranty policies, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with customers to enhance service satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
