Job Summary: Customer Service & Sales Representative
Teleperformance (TP) Cairo is seeking fluent English speakers for a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative position in New Cairo. This role combines premium customer support with target-driven upselling to maximize performance-based incentives.
Key Details:
- Role: Customer Service Representative – Upselling Commissions
- Location: New Cairo (On-site)
- Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (9 rotational hours, 2 rotational days off)
- Requirements: English fluency, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset (prior service/sales experience is a plus).
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and pitch complementary products/services to meet upselling targets.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Financial: Net salary up to 19.9K EGP, KPIs paid in Euros (€), and uncapped upselling commissions.
