Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our Gurugram office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and returns.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and operations) to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending cases.
• Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Good listening skills and customer empathy.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
• 1– 3 years of experience in customer service or call handling (freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
