Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Sales and Pricing teams for container bookings
- Place bookings with shipping lines, follow up, validate, and confirm all shipment bookings
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service
- Manage daily communication via emails and phone calls with customers & shipping lines
- Fetch and provide accurate vessel schedules to customers
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the operating system
- Direct customer queries or concerns to the appropriate department and provide prompt responses
- Use daily customer service reports to confirm all release requirements before container pickup
Requirements
- Strong communication skills — both verbal & written
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics
- Proficiency in MS Office & ability to handle operational systems
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple bookings simultaneously

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
