Position: Customer Service Executive
Salary : upto 4000 AED + Incentive

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Commerce background preferred)
Experience:

• Minimum 1+ year of Customer Relationship Management experience in the UAE or
• 3–4 years of experience in the home country

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
Timings: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM & Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Call and engage inactive clients to rebuild relationships
• Achieve 35–40 connected calls per day
• Reactivate 20–25 clients per month
• Conduct client research through company website, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Generate warm leads from the existing client portfolio
• Transfer qualified leads to Client Managers / Team Head

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, upselling, or outbound calling
• Home country experience is acceptable
• Minimum 1 year of UAE customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, follow-up, and research skills
