Job description

At LOKAL Rooms, we are seeking a Customer Service Executive who will be a vital part of our customer service team, handling inbound and outbound calls; providing excellent service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Proficiency in CRM systems, query resolution, and tracking will be integral to your daily operations.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting guests/ clients with inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer interactions and details.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Your Expertise:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service.
  • Positive and proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.

Location:

This position is based in Clifton, Block 9

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
